• Send an email to hello@arnio.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
• Include your account email address and store name, along with any specific data you wish deleted.
• We will confirm your identity and account ownership to protect your security before proceeding.

2. How We Process Your Request

Once we verify your request, we will proceed with the deletion of your specified data. Please note:

• We will remove the specified data from our active databases and associated storage.
• The deletion process will be completed within 30 days of confirming your request.
• We will notify you once the data deletion is complete.

3. Limitations on Data Deletion

In certain cases, we may need to retain some data due to legal obligations or for the completion of ongoing transactions. This includes data required for tax compliance, fraud prevention, or as required by applicable law.

Any retained data will be securely stored and isolated from further processing, and deleted as soon as the legal retention obligation expires.
