When you use Arnio, we collect information to provide and improve the service.

We collect:

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
• Business information: your Shopify store URL, Klaviyo API key, and brand details provided during onboarding.
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform, features used, and pages visited.
• Customer data: behavioral signals from your Shopify store and Klaviyo account that you authorize us to access.
• Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We never store raw card data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Arnio platform.
• Detect revenue leaks and generate lifecycle recommendations for your brand.
• Send you product updates, usage summaries, and service communications.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your customer data for advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. Clerk for auth, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Sentry for error tracking).
• Klaviyo, when you authorize us to push campaign drafts on your behalf.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by law.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and platform data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication practices through Clerk.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Arnio is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Arnio after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
