1. Using Our Platform

Arnio is designed to help Shopify brands detect revenue leaks, recover missed sales, and operate their customer retention lifecycle automatically.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the service responsibly and within applicable laws.

You're responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Your Content

You own the content you create and upload to Arnio.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.

We do not claim ownership of your data or use it for advertising purposes.

3. Plans, Billing & Payments

Arnio offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to your selected tier.

All prices are displayed clearly before checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

After the free trial, access is locked on day 15 and an invoice is issued via Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, features, text, graphics, and software are the property of Arnio and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the service without prior written permission.

5. Service Availability

We work continuously to keep our platform reliable and secure. However, occasional maintenance or updates may cause temporary interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time, but we'll always aim to communicate changes clearly and early.

6. Limitation of Liability

We build with care, but no software is perfect.

Arnio is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) the platform.

Use the service at your own discretion and within reasonable expectations.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect activity that violates these terms or compromises the security of others.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. If significant changes occur, we'll notify you in advance.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
